# Token mechanism

For sustainable long-term growth, we have introduced token burning and buyback mechanisms to alleviate selling pressure on the token.

* Deflation: We've introduced an innovative 40% transaction mechanism, creating substantial token deflation in which 40% will be back in the DEX liquidity and 60% held in a designated wallet for ecosystem applications.
* Buy and sell slippage: 2%
* LP deposit and withdrawal slippage: 2%
* Profit donation protocal: 40%， this innovative protocol greatly enhances the rewards for users providing support as LPs while significantly reducing the potential harm caused by speculators to the token's price.
